Well, the totals are finally in and here's what I've got:
3 lasagnas
3 batches seasoned taco meat
3 batches shredded chicken
3 batches cubed chicken
2 batches fajita chicken
2 batches grilled chicken
2 batches hamburgers
2 batches chicken enchiladas
2 batches chili
4 batches dinner rolls
1 batch croissants
2 batches cinnamon rolls
5 dozen chocolate chip cookies
1 batch SERIOUS body aches!
All in all I completed either entire meals or the main part of 22 meals! I also have lots of rolls, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and croissants to compliment my meals as well. I'm utterly exhausted, but I am happy to say it really was worth it. I am excited to see how the rest of the month progresses with these pre-cooked meals - will I really use them all?
