Today is Wednesday which means all the grocery store ads have come out. I don't have my paper copies yet, but I glanced at the ads online and I have to say I'm not tickled, but Randalls has some good prices on juice this week.
You have to buy selected juices in quantities of five to get an instant $5.00 rebate. The juice is sale priced at $2.29 - $2.99, which will make the juice $1.29-$1.99 after instant rebate. Some of the participating juice brands are:
Motts
Capri Sun
Langers
Gatorade
Welch's
Lipton
V8
You can use any of these coupons:
$1.00/1 Welch's from SS 2/7
$1.00/1 Capri Sun sunrise from SS 4/25
They also have Honey Nut Cheerios (my favorite!!) and Cinnamon Toast Crunch priced at $1.49 each. Pair the sale with these coupons:
They also have an in-ad coupon for Klondike bars - just $1.99 per 6 pack. My hubby loves these, so I'll be getting a bunch!
Kroger has fresh pineapple for $2.50. If you haven't had a fresh pineapple in awhile, I urge you to get one. They are SOOOO much better than canned, and cheaper too!
Stouffer's and Stouffer's Lean Cuisine meals are 5/$10.00. Pair them with the $1.00/5 coupon from SS 5/2 to get them for $1.80 each.
Buy any 4 participating P&G products and get a $4 instant rebate. Not sure how many products are involved in this promotion, but I can see Charmin, Febreeze, Tide , and Downy so far....the new P&G ad came out last Sunday 5/2, so you should be able to get some good deals with the coupons and promotion.
That's what I see folks. Not much to write home about, sorry!
have you been noticing that coupons aren't as good as they were even a year or two ago? I find that since I don't really eat a lot of pre-prepared food that I have a hard time finding coupons for things I use. (I probably *should* use more cleaning products. lol)
ReplyDeleteAm I just crazy? :)
You are not crazy! I have definitely noticed a drop in "good coupons". Maybe because of all the Facebook and internet coupons? Not sure, but I really miss them. I'll occasionally see a great coupon, but not as often as I used to.
ReplyDeleteIf you use alot of fresh foods, try buying in the evening or first thing in the morning when many stores put out clearance produce/meats. I do this and it saves me a ton! Also, I haven't paid for toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo, razors, laundry detergent, etc... in forever! Coupons are good for many household items too, so even if you don't find many deals on fresh foods you can still shave your bill by using coupons on non-perishable items too.
Good luck, thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!
